The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, providing a cozy atmosphere.
The lack of soundproofing was a major issue, as we could hear noise from other rooms and the streets. The small sink in the room was inconvenient and led to water spills.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the convenient location near the train station and Bay Area. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower in the bathroom. Lastly, the breakfast included was a great perk. It provided a satisfying start to the day, ensuring guests were well-fed before exploring the nearby promenade and old city.
All was well, leaving nothing to be desired.

I had a fantastic stay at this small hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and stylish after the recent refurbishment. The bathroom was new with a spacious shower. The service was exceptional, with the helpful staff providing great recommendations for local transportation and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy breakfast room. The rooftop terrace was also a wonderful spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. I had a fantastic experience.
I did encounter a minor inconvenience during my stay. The key security at the hotel could have been better, as there were instances when the front door was locked and I had to wait outside for a few minutes before entry was granted.

We had a late flight and the hotel allowed us to leave our bags there after checking out, free of charge. When we went back to collect our bags, the staff even returned our forgotten sunglasses and earrings. The room itself was clean and had a nice design. The location was great, close to the main attractions and the train station. we had a pleasant stay at Les Cigales and would recommend it.
